Determining your Software/Firmware Versions

Web Server Version

1. Open the Remote Diagnostic Web Server.
2. Click the "About" link (top right-hand corner of page).
3. The following page will be displayed. This page shows both the Web Server software and DRX firmware versions:

Please note that the DRX and Web Server must be configured for proper communications to determine the DRX firmware version from the Web Server interface.
Determining DRX Firmware Version

1. Open a web browser and type in the following: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/status.cgi. You must substitute the IP address of your DRX.
2. The DRX firmware version will be listed under "General" information.
