Remote Diagnostics v5.1.2 - Important Information
Version 5.1.x of the Smart Com Remote Diagnostics is a major upgrade from previous versions. It is now Windows 7 and 64-bit compatible.

This version requires the Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1 framework to be installed. Download it here

There are two different download options available. The "Full" version includes the SQL Server and Java installers built-in, which means it is a very large download (150 MB). The "Web app only" version contains only the Remote Diagnostics installer (50 MB).

You will only have to install the "Full" version once. Subsequent upgrades can be performed using the "web app only" version, as you will already have Java and the MS SQL Server Database engine installed.
